Job Description
We are looking for an Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to develop their knowledge in the technology field, supporting the department's routines and contributing to the proper functioning of the hotel's systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of hardware equipment;
- Support the identification and resolution of problems related to computers and other IT equipment;
- Monitor system analysis for maintenance and technical support;
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks;
- Provide support for Information Technology routines, contributing to the proper functioning of the hotel's technological resources;
- Support the IT team with technical and administrative demands of the department;
- Assist in tracking and organizing support requests;
- Work in conjunction with other hotel departments, providing support related to technology resources and systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and computer networks;
- Interest in developing knowledge in technical support, equipment maintenance, and IT infrastructure;
- Good communication, organization, proactivity, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and interest in developing a career in the Information Technology field;
- Availability to intern on a 5x2 schedule, with a daily shift of 6 hours.
