Your challenges to grow on the journey
- Conduct the daily operation of corporate and datacenter network infrastructure, monitoring the health of equipment, links, and services.
- Monitor and handle alarms in Zabbix and Grafana, performing analysis, prioritization, diagnosis, and follow-up until normalization.
- Correlate events to identify the source of failures and their impacts, reducing recurring alarms and unnecessary triggers.
- Act in the resolution of connectivity incidents, unavailability, slowness, packet loss, and performance degradation.
- Operate and administer routing, switching, and Wi-Fi equipment and services, including switches, routers, access points, and controllers.
- Monitor availability, latency, bandwidth utilization, interface errors, and environment capacity.
- Open and track tickets with carriers, manufacturers, and suppliers, demanding technical progress and compliance with SLAs.
- Execute operational changes, configuration adjustments, and scheduled maintenance, with impact assessment, validation, and a rollback plan.
- Keep tickets, inventories, diagrams, operational procedures, and configuration records updated.
- Support root cause analysis and implement actions to prevent the recurrence of incidents.
- Escalate more complex situations to specialists and leadership, maintaining responsibility for follow-up and communication until completion.
What you need to become an Agilizado?
Requirements
- Practical experience in the operation and support of corporate and datacenter networks.
- Experience with Zabbix, including event monitoring, configuration, and adjustment of items, triggers, and templates.
- Experience with Grafana for querying, interpreting, and maintaining operational dashboards.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, addressing and subnetting, VLANs, trunks, STP/RSTP, LACP, and static and dynamic routing, especially OSPF and BGP.
- Experience in operating corporate Wi-Fi networks, with diagnosis of coverage, interference, authentication, roaming, and performance.
- Knowledge of monitoring protocols and resources, such as SNMP, ICMP, and Syslog.
- Troubleshooting capability using logs, diagnostic commands, traceroute, interface analysis, and packet capture.
- Experience with incident, request, problem, and change management in an ITSM tool.
- Experience with generative AI tools.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in financial environments or high-criticality operations.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, and/or Fortinet.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus, ACI, or other datacenter network solutions.
- Knowledge of 802.1X network authentication, RADIUS, and TACACS+.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of automation with Python, Ansible, or APIs.
- Network certifications, such as CCNA, or equivalents.
