Role Objective

Technically lead the design, implementation, and evolution of artificial intelligence solutions, including RAG architectures, conversational agents, and AI-automated calls. You will be responsible for defining the technological architecture, establishing development standards, and strategically guiding our team of ML Engineers and Prompt Engineers to automate processes and strengthen the organization's technological capabilities.

Your Day-to-Day

As a technical AI leader, your daily priorities and activities will include:

Architecture and Strategy: Define the technological architecture of AI solutions and ensure the implementation and use of the technology stack based on AWS (Bedrock, Connect, Lex).

RAG and LLMs Development: Lead the design and implementation of RAG architectures and evaluate/select the most appropriate language models for each solution.

Automation and Interaction: Coordinate the implementation of conversational agents and automated call solutions using artificial intelligence for customer interaction.

Team Leadership: Technically guide and coordinate the specialized team of ML Engineers and Prompt Engineers in the development of solutions.

Integration and Development: Oversee the development of solutions using Python and ensure correct integration via APIs with internal systems and technology platforms.

Quality and Continuous Improvement: Establish technical standards, document the architecture and developed solutions, and ensure their evolution and continuous improvement.

Job Profile

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in: Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology Engineering, or related field (Degree required).

Required Experience

5+ years in software development.

3+ years in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence projects.

2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and technology projects.

Technical Knowledge

Language Models (LLMs): Experience in implementation, evaluation, and optimization of language models for applied AI solutions.

RAG Architecture: Design and implementation of architectures that integrate information retrieval with generative models.

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Experience using services such as Bedrock and related tools for solution deployment.

Development with Python: Programming for model development, service integration, and solution building.

Integration via APIs: Development and integration of services to connect AI with internal and external systems.
