Job Description
- Provide technical support to internal users.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of computer equipment.
- Support the management of corporate access, systems, and tools.
- Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
- Provide support in activities related to IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and procedures.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and the use of new technologies.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science;
- Information Systems;
- Computer Engineering;
- Systems Analysis and Development;
- Information Technology or related fields.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interest in technical support, infrastructure, systems, and technology.
- Intermediate English will be considered a plus.
