JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *

- Procedures: Define, review, and ensure the maintenance of technical documentation, standards, diagrams, and network operational procedures. *
- Information Security: Define and implement advanced network security controls, including policies, backups, version management, and threat protection mechanisms. *
- Vendor Management: Technically manage vendors and strategic partners, evaluating performance, ensuring SLAs, and driving improvements in contracted services.
REQUIREMENTS: *
- 5 years of experience in a Network Engineering role in a corporate environment with geographically dispersed locations. *
- Specific experience with Cisco ASA, ISR, ASR, Catalyst / Nexus switches, IPS systems, Cisco Meraki switches / access points, and Palo Alto NGFW. *
- Experience with support and troubleshooting of global networks, including multi-site load balancing infrastructure solutions (active / active). *
- Intermediate knowledge of EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, Ethernet, DSL, DMVPN, QoS, COS, SNMP, VoIP, VLANS, Subnetting, Supernetting, Trunking, Virtual Networking, IPS, WLAN, WAN acceleration, URL filtering, ADC , NetFlow, Unified Communications, SDWAN, cloud service providers like AWS, MS Azure, OCI, and network monitoring tools, ITSM Tools (ServiceNow), Monitoring and alerting tools (LogicMonitor). *
