About the Area
Digital Business Products: The Digital Business Products Directorate is responsible for developing, evolving, and managing the entire portfolio of individual customer products, covering the complete customer journey from account opening to credit, payments, and financial services. We operate organized in tribes and oriented towards the customer journey, such as domestic and international accounts, credit, and payments, ensuring simple, secure, and integrated experiences, with strong technology use and a focus on scalability. At the same time, we have specialized hubs that support the business with data, performance, quality, risks, and regulatory compliance, ensuring intelligent decisions, governance, and continuous product evolution. We also expand our operations to strategic fronts like Open Finance and international operations, connecting the bank to an increasingly open and digital financial ecosystem.

What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work in the Digital Products area, and your main activities will include:
- Prioritize demands and manage the backlog, considering business value and customer impact.
- Detail requirements, business rules, and user stories.
- Align business, technology, data, UX, and operations stakeholders.
- Monitor product indicators and results.
- Identify opportunities for evolution and improvements.
- Monitor the roadmap, deliveries, and continuous product evolution.
- Support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and results.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Digital Product Management (advanced).
- Agile Methodologies (advanced).
- Backlog Management (advanced).
- Writing requirements and user stories.
- Experience with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Experience with product indicators and metrics.
It will be a differential if you have:
