About the Area

Digital Business Products: The Digital Business Products Directorate is responsible for developing, evolving, and managing the entire portfolio of individual customer products, covering the complete customer journey from account opening to credit, payments, and financial services. We operate organized in tribes and oriented towards the customer journey, such as national and international accounts, credit, and payments, ensuring simple, secure, and integrated experiences, with strong use of technology and a focus on scalability. At the same time, we have specialized hubs that support the business with data, performance, quality, risks, and regulatory compliance, ensuring intelligent decisions, governance, and continuous product evolution. We also expand our operations to strategic areas such as Open Finance and international operations, connecting the bank to an increasingly open and digital financial ecosystem.
