We are looking for a highly senior individual with solid experience in Software Engineering and AI Engineering, capable of technically leading the construction of complex solutions based on Generative AI, AI Agents, and scalable architectures.
We seek someone who combines technical depth, architectural vision, and the ability to transform business challenges into robust and sustainable solutions.
Main Challenges
- Act as the squad's technical reference for topics related to AI and Software Engineering.
- Lead the technical and architectural design of solutions based on AI Agents, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Make high-complexity technical decisions involving scalability, security, performance, and system integration.
- Develop high-quality solutions following best software engineering practices.
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for the evolution of the AI platform.
- Act hands-on in the development of critical solutions.
- Translate business needs into technically viable architectures and solutions.
- Mentor developers and disseminate technical knowledge within the team.
- Influence strategic decisions related to the adoption and evolution of AI within the organization.
Main Requirements
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience in Back-end Software Engineering
- Advanced experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs REST, and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience in building solutions using Generative AI.
- Proven experience in creating AI Agents for corporate environments.
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with LLMs integration and agent orchestration.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Cloud environments (preferably GCP).
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and component-oriented engineering.

- Experience in a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or technical leadership role.
- Experience in managing or coordinating technical teams.
- Experience in defining AI roadmaps and strategies.
- Previous experience in financial institutions or highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and Angular.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMs evaluation, and AI governance.
