Minimum requirements
We are looking for a professional with strong experience in project governance (budget tracking, documentation, status reporting, and guidance in collaboration with project leads), strong communication and influencing skills; ability to build relationships and work with a diverse customer base; ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities and ambiguous situations; conflict management; presentation skills;
Ability to work independently, organized and committed, delivering with high quality. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Graduation
University Degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or co-related areas.
Language Skills: English: Advanced (for presentation skills, e-mails, meetings) / Spanish: basic as minimum (communication needed)
Responsibilities
- Support methodologies and dashboards for continuous improvement initiatives
- Support stakeholders in process management across diverse cultures and countries.
- Support project management and manage projects
- Create strategic dashboards and presentations to the projects committees;
- Generate demand control KPIs using Power BI or another project portfolio management tool.
- Integrate systems and people using PMI and Agile best practices, managing the overall program plan and developing tactical strategies for program management.
- Support project team members in the proper use of project frameworks.
- Compliance with audit and governance requirements and IT methodologies
