Main activities
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, management reports, and commercial performance analyses.
- Structure, validate, and model customer, producer, sales, and market databases, ensuring the quality and reliability of information.
- Consolidate data from different sources, performing import, transformation, and modeling processes for analysis and insight generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and disseminate commercial indicators (KPIs), supporting the tracking of the area's results and goals. Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis, supporting strategic decisions and commercial planning.
- Develop studies, ad hoc analyses, and executive presentations to support leadership and business areas.
- Propose improvements in commercial processes, creating new tools, indicators, and analytical solutions that increase operational efficiency.
- Daily monitor sales performance of the regions, evaluating adherence to the commercial plan and business objectives.
- Support the management and evolution of BI and data analysis platforms, promoting self-service analytics solutions for users.
- Act in the governance of commercial data, ensuring the update and integrity of information used by the organization.
- Support the validation of indicators used in variable compensation programs, PPR, and other performance management initiatives.
- Train users and stakeholders for efficient use of BI and data analysis tools.
- Monitor the Commercial area's budget indicators, preparing analyses and recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics, or Data Analysis projects.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience in building dashboards, indicators, and management reports.
- Knowledge of data modeling, processing, and analysis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps.
- Advanced English is desirable.
- Experience in a commercial environment, agribusiness, or commodity market is desirable.
