Your activities as a CSixer
- Lead the strategy, evolution, and internalization of Investment products within the Helix Project.
- Define and manage the roadmap for the Fixed Income front, balancing business, technology, operations, and customer experience needs.
- Be responsible for building end-to-end solutions related to the investment cycle, including application, custody, movement, and redemption.
- Act as the main business reference for Investment products within the multidisciplinary team.
- Translate regulatory, operational, and commercial needs into clear requirements for technology teams.
- Conduct strategic discussions with partner areas such as Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Business.
- Ensure that new solutions are scalable, resilient, and capable of supporting the bank's growth.
- Identify opportunities for the evolution of products and investment journeys, promoting continuous improvements in customer experience.
- Monitor business indicators, operational stability, and product adoption.
- Lead complex initiatives for technological transformation and modernization of financial platforms.
- Act as a protagonist in building a proprietary investment platform for millions of customers.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Solid experience in financial product management, preferably in Investments or Fixed Income.
- Experience in banks, brokerage firms, asset management firms, fintechs, or financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Investment products, such as CDB, LCI, LCA, Tesouro Direto, Funds, and other Fixed Income instruments.
- Experience in building or evolving digital investment platforms.
- Experience with transactional products related to the investment journey, including application, redemption, settlement, and custody.
- Experience leading transformation, modernization, or internalization initiatives for financial systems.
- Ability to work in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and different business areas.
- Strong analytical profile and orientation toward problem-solving.
- Ability to influence strategic decisions and lead executive discussions.
- Experience with roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and digital product management.
- Excellent communication and ability to connect technology and business.
- Availability to work on-site in the central region of São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
- Desirable experience in core banking projects, investment platforms, or financial infrastructure.
- Desirable regulatory knowledge related to the capital market and investment products.
