- Act as the engineer for Payroll Loan, Worker, and Public Servant products in the system function.
- Structure and implement new products for the segment.
- Perform product parameterization in the system function.
- Work on the pre-sales pipeline, monitoring processes, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop scripts and support automations related to the area's processes.
- Execute solution and functionality validation, ensuring adherence to business requirements.
- Provide full support for the pipeline.
- Support Product and Business teams in identifying opportunities for improvement and product evolution.
- Participate in the definition and evolution of operational and technological processes focused on the payroll segment.
Minimum requirements
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Functional knowledge of Payroll Loan, Worker, and Public Servant products.
- Experience with credit pipelines and pre-sales processes.
- Knowledge of product parameterization and business rules in the system function.
- Knowledge of script development and database queries.
- Experience in system validation and testing.
- Good communication and relationship skills with business and technology areas.
