About the team
AI Deployment is the area responsible for transforming complex operational challenges into AI solutions that generate business results. Each professional acts as an owner of a client portfolio, deeply understanding their operations, identifying high-impact opportunities, and leading the design, implementation, and evolution of AI systems in production from end to end. The area combines strategy, technology, data analysis, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to ensure not only the adoption of solutions but also the continuous generation of value for the client. Our role is to make AI move from being a promise to becoming a fundamental part of the operation.
What is the role?
A technical and analytical reference position to implement solutions of greater complexity for strategic clients, helping to shape how Enter operates and communicates with the client. In this position, you are expected to act with greater autonomy. Instead of receiving tasks with a defined path, you are expected to structure the approach, define priorities, and lead the execution, demonstrating the ability to think strategically before implementing the solution.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Navigate the Intersection of Technology and Business: You will translate real business problems and complex pain points reported by clients into scalable solutions using Enter's proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) platform.
- Maintain Intensity and Energy: You will sustain a fast-paced delivery rhythm without losing quality or energy—a profile that performs well under the high demands and ambiguity typical of a startup.
- Support AI Strategy Design with Senior Leadership: With the support of senior leadership from Enter, you will work side-by-side with directors, C-levels, and decision-makers at our clients to co-create the digital transformation vision for their business's legal operations. This involves challenging traditional assumptions, designing the value thesis where AI truly makes sense, and structuring the plan to unlock the greatest possible return.
- Lead High-Complexity Implementations: You will lead, from end to end, technical solutions for Enter's most strategic clients—accounts where the problem is not predefined and the solution requires design, in addition to execution.
- Attack the Root Cause, Not the Symptom: You will get to the root of each problem, identifying the pattern, proposing scalable solutions, and ensuring the long-term delivery of value.
- Translate Technical Analysis into Executive Recommendation: You will deal with ambiguous and unstructured data, design and execute complex analyses, and transform them into clear, actionable recommendations that change the client's legal strategy.
- Rethink Processes, Don't Just Execute Them: You will have the space (and responsibility) to propose automations and complete operational design changes, creating new controls and automating inefficient, manually performed, or low-scalability workflows.
- Be a Technical Reference for the Team: You will be seen by the AI Deployment team as an expert in one or more domain areas, being recurrently consulted and disseminating knowledge in that area.
- Lead Prioritization Discussions: You will balance client impact, technical feasibility, and business strategy in difficult prioritization conversations, maintaining a healthy client relationship even when the answer is 'not now'.
- Bring the Client's Voice to Product Development: You will work directly with end-users to understand pain points and provide feedback to inform Product and Engineering about potential evolution paths for Enter's product.
Requirements (What are we looking for?)
- Education: Have at least 2 years of graduation in courses such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Active Curiosity for Applied AI: Curiosity and proactivity to suggest where AI can solve real business problems.
- High Autonomy in Ambiguity: Beyond managing your own backlog with changing priorities, handle general and ambiguous instructions and structure the path to execution, without the need for constant checkpoints.
- Builder Profile: Transform formless problems into concrete solutions, built from scratch, effectively leading the execution.
- Analytical Experience in High-Complexity Contexts: Solid background in high-delivery intensity analytical areas—such as strategic consulting, product management, engineering, or finance—with real cases of structuring complex analyses and making decisions under time pressure.
- Clear and Structured Communication with Leadership: Lead difficult conversations with leaders and decision-makers, discussing priorities and trade-offs, not just reporting problems.
- Direct Client Relationship (Internal or External): Previous experience working directly with clients or relevant business stakeholders—not just executing what was asked, but helping to define what should be asked.
- Product Vision Beyond Technical Execution: Understanding that the technical solution is a means, not an end, and being able to see the business impact behind each delivery.
- On-site Availability: Availability for 100% on-site work in São Paulo (Pinheiros), Monday through Friday.
Differentiators (Nice to Have)
- Building Executive Materials: Experience creating executive materials for superintendents, directors, VPs, and CEOs.
- Executive Communication: Experience presenting initiatives and results to leadership.
- Technical Familiarity with APIs and Data: Technical familiarity with the logical flow of consuming APIs, JSON file structures, and basic database concepts.
- Practical Experience with Automation Tools: Previous practical experience testing AI tools, writing complex prompts, designing automations (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier), or creating custom AI agents on your own.
- Depth in Programming or Data Engineering: Previous experience employing code directly, whether for building products/prototypes or data analysis (JavaScript, Python, Spark, R, SQL), or dealing with more complex data flows (data architecture design, pipeline construction, ETL creation and maintenance).
- Process Redesign Track Record: Experience proposing and implementing automations that replace manual processes.
- Experience with B2B in the Enterprise Segment, with Direct Client Contact: Track record of projects or technical interface with large companies (B2B), with special preference for roles involving direct client interface.
