WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THIS ROLE?
As part of the Eraneos team, you will actively shape the OT/ICS security landscape for our clients:
- You advise at eye level: As a trusted advisor to leading industrial clients, you will support medium-sized companies and global market leaders on OT/ICS security. You will work with stakeholders from top management and plant management to OT managers, ICS engineers, and SOC analysts.
- You achieve measurable impact: You will design and implement security roadmaps and governance structures (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001), segmented architectures, secure remote and supplier access, and central OT security capabilities – from asset transparency and vulnerability management to incident response.
- You develop our portfolio: Together with our international OT and cybersecurity community, you will contribute new ideas, actively shape the expansion of our OT security area, and support the development of junior talent.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- A solid foundation: You have a university degree in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, and a strong affinity for IT and industrial technologies. Additionally, you possess relevant certifications such as IEC 62443 Expert, ISO 27001 Implementer, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or comparable qualifications.
- Relevant experience and OT/ICS know-how: You have in-depth experience in OT/ICS security or in cybersecurity and industrial automation – gained in OT companies or in consulting. You also bring practical experience with common security standards like ISA/IEC 62443 and ISO 27001, and industry requirements such as the IKT-Minimalstandard or the Machinery Regulation.
- Strong communication and consulting skills: You communicate clearly and persuasively from the executive floor to the shop floor and work closely with all relevant stakeholders to achieve sustainable results. As a team player, you actively contribute, take responsibility, and show initiative from day one.
