Job Description
- Lead the technical team of the Consent Data squad
- Ensure the delivery and operational health of Openfinance and user data systems
- Track the technical roadmap in conjunction with product and the manager
- Manage the team (span, seniority, developer development)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a technical coordinator or tech lead;
- Knowledge of LGPD and compliance requirements regarding user data;
- Observability: experience with monitoring systems in production (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts) and use of tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or equivalent;
- Communication with technical teams and product stakeholders;
- People management: career development, structured 1:1s, performance evaluation;
- Data-driven decision making, with a sense of priority;
- Resilience in incident scenarios and operational pressure.
- Experience with Openfinance, data consent, or regulatory integrations is desirable;
- English is desirable (technical reading and communication in meetings with international areas);
