You will take on the following responsibilities
- The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, including infrastructure provisioning and application deployment. You will work on creating and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitActions, and other related technologies. You will also be expected to implement and operate monitoring tools to track application and infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Furthermore, you will play a key role in promoting the DevOps culture, facilitating communication and collaboration between development and operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and skills we are looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in IT operations and participation in projects with DevOps practices and automation.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and GitActions.
- Experience with containers (Docker).
- Knowledge of orchestration tools (Kubernetes or OpenShift).
- Proficiency in code versioning with Git.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
- Knowledge of logging tools (ELK, Splunk).
- Experience with cloud providers: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, especially Linux.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
