Job Description
We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our innovation team, working on internal projects focused on automation, intelligent data processing, and applications based on AI and machine learning.
The professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving AI models applied to different Group initiatives, contributing to efficiency gains and new products.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, validate, and implement AI and machine learning models for various internal applications;
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems;
- Research and apply best practices and market technologies to ensure the quality and scalability of solutions;
- Monitor model performance and propose continuous improvements;
- Document processes, pipelines, and experiment results;
- Support the creation of POCs (proofs of concept) and technical feasibility tests.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields;
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning projects;
- Solid knowledge of Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, among others;
- Experience with data pipelines, model versioning, and deployment in a production environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively and good communication skills to present results.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or predictive systems techniques will be a plus;
