About the role and its mission
Act in the Cards team in the development and evolution of microservices in JAVA, ensuring quality, performance, and integration with other systems.
In your day-to-day, you will
- Define and govern architectural standards across multiple teams and products.
- Lead performance, resilience, and distributed architecture initiatives.
- Be a recognized technical reference within the organization.
What we are looking for
Required
- Solid experience in distributed architecture, performance, and resilience.
- Technical reference with experience across multiple teams and products.
- Availability to work in person in Lavras (MG)
Desirable
- Experience with Micronaut or other frameworks besides Spring.
- Experience with Cloud solutions, preferably in AWS.
- Knowledge of security for web applications and microservices (authentication/authorization). For: Knowledge and experience in secure development of distributed applications.
- Practice of Gitflow, CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Use of AI tools for development (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) with awareness of best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
