Job Description
- Support management in tracking projects and studies within the department;
- Analyze activities that can be centralized into a system;
- Study the implementation of process improvements;
- Map processes within the department;
- Interface with other countries to discuss process improvements;
- Implement projects aimed at digital transformation by automating activities and workflows in the department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Production Engineering, Project Management, Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, or related fields, with an expected graduation date from Dec/2028 onwards;
- Intermediate English (Advanced is a plus);
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
- Digital transformation mindset, being inquisitive and having a continuous improvement perspective;
Years of Work Experience: 0 - 3
- Knowledge of Power Automate will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge of Export/Foreign Trade processes will be considered a plus.
Additional Information
This is a position to work in the Digital Transformation team, within the Export sector. The intern should develop knowledge about the routine, processes, and challenges of the Export area in order to identify opportunities and propose improvements, automations, and solutions that generate greater efficiency for the department.
