Here at Mindera, we are building a world-class team and would love for you to join us.
We are looking for an energetic, highly proactive Senior Delivery / Project Manager to lead a team dedicated to providing essential work tools and infrastructure—such as Perforce, Horde, and Resilio—to game development studios.
In this role, you will be a true "do-er" and driver of the project, not just a consultant who gives recommendations. You will take full ownership of the delivery process, working closely with engineering teams to turn business needs into realistic plans and successfully delivering robust solutions.
With a solid technical understanding of how servers, virtual machines, and high-availability setups work in general, combined with strong project management skills, you will help the team estimate effort, define delivery plans, and manage priorities. You will proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and when things go off-track, you will be the one driving the "Path to Green."
At Mindera, we value empathy, self-organization, ownership, and a positive attitude. We believe successful delivery comes from trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy empowering teams, driving topics forward, and creating alignment between technical and business perspectives, you'll feel right at home here.
We also encourage the use of AI to support delivery management, planning, risk analysis, documentation, and related activities. We believe that sound judgment, problem-solving, collaboration, and accountability remain essential to successful delivery, with or without AI. During the interview process, our goal is to understand your delivery management knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and approach to delivering successfully. If you plan to use AI during the interview process, please be transparent with us to avoid misunderstandings.
Most of all you get to work with a bunch of great people, where the whole team owns the project together in a politics-free environment. Our culture reflects our lean and self-organization attitude. We encourage our colleagues to take risks, make decisions, work in a collaborative way and talk to everyone to enhance communication. Freedom and Responsibility go hand in hand, and we value commitment, feedback, and empathy.
Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client.
You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.
