Main responsibilities
Your mission will be
To lead the implementation of SaaS solutions with a consultative approach and a focus on client success. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring systems, executing tests, providing technical support, and training users — ensuring that the delivery aligns with what was sold and the client's business objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Lead or support requirements gathering with clients.
- Configure and customize SaaS solutions such as Monday, Freshworks, Intercom, and GoTo.
- Perform tests, validations, and training with a focus on the client experience.
- Provide technical support during implementation and document the entire process.
- Create progress reports and collaborate with areas such as Product, Support, and Sales.
- Act as a generalist (multi-brand) or as a specialist in one of Nortrez's products.

Requirements and differentiators
