Understanding different scenarios, emphasizing business benefits, and gathering and presenting reference cases will be some of the main activities of the role. Internally, you will need to work on aligning concepts and engaging resources and professionals to ultimately present a complete proposal that is aligned with the customer's business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Additionally, it is expected that you:
- Develop solid partnerships with customers, cultivating a relationship of trust focused on building a positive perception of value on the customer's part;
- Maintain proximity to customers to offer continuity/renewal of Cloud credit contracts with Oracle;
- Develop a relationship of trust with customers, aiming for their satisfaction.
- Be the focal point between the customer and the internal Oracle team;
- Pay attention to expansion/upsell opportunities for IaaS/PaaS Cloud offerings;
- Work directly with Sales, Education, Channels, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to establish a positive experience for our customers through our Cloud Offerings;
- When necessary, provide technical consulting on Oracle Cloud offerings, as well as have knowledge of Multi-Cloud offerings;
- Manage customer relationships, including understanding needs and presenting/defending solutions, visions, and the Transformation journey roadmap;
- Demonstrate creativity and flexibility to work in innovative and dynamic environments;
- Possess solid collaboration, communication, and leadership skills for working in diverse groups;
- Have an ownership spirit and a startup mindset to passionately promote changing the status quo;

QUALIFICATIONS
Some desired technical skills:
- Knowledge of public cloud architecture (Oracle, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud etc.)
- Experience in the financial market
- Experience in Multi-Cloud and traditional IT infrastructure;
- Practical experience in planning, developing, and delivering on-premises to cloud migration projects;
- Knowledge of Data Center architectures.
- Server, storage, backup, operating system, database, and connectivity solutions
- Replication solutions in physical and/or cloud environments and concepts regarding RTO/RPO/DR
- Basic knowledge of networking and communication protocols
- Basic to intermediate Spanish and/or English
