We are a Sales team part of the Oracle Consulting Organization in Brazil, playing a fundamental role within the corporation's strategy to bring our solutions to our clients, creating and leading the largest and most strategic opportunities in Oracle application implementation projects in Brazil.

We create provocative and transformational proposals alongside our clients' C-Level executives to establish consultative value selling processes, operating in a heterogeneous and multidisciplinary work environment.

- Experience with sales of services and implementation projects;
- Experience with client relationship management;
- Knowledge of business development and sales processes;
- Desirable/Advanced English;
- Desirable Spanish.

- Knowledge of implementation strategies and methodologies;
- Hunter profile with solid experience in business development and sales;
- Experience in sales of application implementation projects (ERPs, Supply, EPM, WMS, Transportation, HCM, CX);
- Knowledge of disruptive technologies

Responsibilities
- Support private sector clients in their digital transformation journey using cloud technologies and creating relevant references for Oracle and implementation cases;
- Work on generating, developing, and closing new implementation projects;
- Establish solid relationships with clients (including their C-level executives), focusing on satisfaction and consequently on project execution and contract renewal;
- Develop and execute a continuous plan for generating new business, establishing short, medium, and long-term strategies;
- Be the focal point between the client and internal Oracle teams, coordinating and working with relevant teams ( SaaS Sales, Education, Delivery, Architecture, Pre-Sales, Legal, and Support) to establish a positive experience and elevate client satisfaction;
- Conduct cadences and work on forecasting new projects using Oracle internal tools to their fullest, adhering to our governance processes and best business practices;
- Engage and collaborate with the Delivery team in qualifying and closing sales.
