Do you have experience providing technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance for computer equipment and printers? We have an opportunity for you as an Infrastructure Engineer.
Activities
- Manage the technological and communications infrastructure of the assigned clinics, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with institutional policies.
- Supervise the operation of IT equipment, hardware and software inventories, internet service, updates, and information security (including backups).
- Provide timely technical support, identify and mitigate risks in facilities, and ensure the correct use of technological assets.
- Promote continuous improvement, report incidents in a timely manner, and act with ethics, a focus on internal service, and adherence to institutional guidelines.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, and/or related fields.
- Proof of education is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
- Knowledge of network installation and configuration.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and printers.
- Ability to install and configure printers and PCs.
- Experience in software installation and updates.
- Dynamic, service-oriented, with a focus on quality and problem-solving.
