Your focus will be on the operational management and further development of hybrid Microsoft platforms centered around Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune: *
- Operation and support of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid scenarios *
- Management of identities, groups, roles, and permissions *
- Operational endpoint management with Microsoft Intune *
- Implementation and maintenance of: *
- Compliance and configuration profiles *
- Conditional Access policies *
- Security and device concepts *
- Onboarding, management, and support of Windows devices *
- Analysis and resolution of issues at the 2nd/3rd level *
- Participation in migrations, tenant setups, and technical optimizations *
- Documentation of solutions – understandable, practical, usable

- You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. *
- You have several years of experience in the Microsoft environment, particularly with Active Directory, Entra ID, and/or Intune. *
- You enjoy operational work and pragmatically solving real-world problems. *
- A good understanding of hybrid identity and endpoint architectures is part of your professional profile. *
- You work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner. *
- You are confident, composed, and professional in client interactions. *
- You possess very good German language skills and good English language skills. *
- Whether Professional or Senior: Both fit – your practical knowledge is decisive, not your title. *
- Optionally, you have experience in the security environment, e.g., working with Defender for Endpoint, M365 Security & Compliance, and PowerShell for automation; Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 or SC-300 are a plus.
