About the opportunity
We are looking for our next AI Operations Intern to work side-by-side with our team on optimizing our AI agents, one of the key products at Toku.
This position involves supporting testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities for artificial intelligence agents, learning closely how AI solutions are designed and implemented in a production product.

What you will do
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify improvement opportunities and use cases for the agents.
- Support the configuration, testing, and tuning of AI agents used in one of the key products at Toku.
- Document processes, workflows, and learnings related to the use of AI agents.
- Perform quality testing and validation to evaluate agent behavior.
- Support the team's administrative and operational tasks as needed.
What we are looking for
- ✔ Students or recent graduates in Software Engineering.
- ✔ Availability to work for 20 hours over 3 months.
- ✔ High motivation to learn, contribute ideas, and participate in the continuous improvement of an AI product.
- ✔ Analytical skills and attention to detail to listen to conversations, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare reports with quality feedback.
Work Arrangement
- 📍 Super flexible schedule: we adapt hours to your study routine or other activities.
- 🏢 You are only required to be present at our office in Vila Olimpia, São Paulo at least 2 times per week.
