What you will do: •
- Control, define, and adjust operational and business processes related to the LINX ERP; •
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical and functional support for Backoffice and Logistics areas; •
- Map and technically define new developments, improvements, and projects within the ERP; •
- Analyze data, create complex queries, and automate database routines; •
- Define, validate, and monitor ERP integrations with third-party systems and partners; •
- Monitor, manage, and evolve existing customizations in the ERP and WMS system; •
- Ensure continuous maintenance, stability, updates, and availability of systems.
What you need to have: •
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; •
- Proven experience in support, parameterization, and evolution of LINX ERP (Microvix, Linx EM, or Linx UX); •
- Advanced proficiency and solid experience with SQL (complex queries, views, procedures, and optimization); •
- Solid knowledge of ERP processes, including Tax, Accounting, Financial, and Supply modules; •
- Experience with Logistics processes and ERP integration with WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems; •
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to articulate with business areas and technical vendors.
Preferred Qualifications and Tools: •
- Mastery of the LINX ecosystem and market WMS solutions; •
- Knowledge of integration routines via APIs, Web Services, EDI, or intermediate tables; •
- Experience with database routine automation (PL/SQL, T-SQL); •
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or integrated logistics environments.
