About the Project
At Workana, we are looking for a SRE / DevOps Engineer – GitOps for remote/home office work. The professional will join the team of one of our clients, a technology company specializing in data intelligence and commercial prospecting, developing solutions that help companies identify business opportunities, automate processes, and enhance their sales strategies.

We are looking for a SRE / DevOps Specialist to work on the administration, evolution, and maintenance of a high-criticality production environment.
The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the infrastructure, working on the administration of MongoDB databases, automating deployments using GitOps, and strengthening the environment's observability.
The position requires a technical profile, with autonomy for infrastructure-related decision-making and a focus on continuous platform improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer and evolve Kubernetes environments in production.
- Ensure high availability, stability, and scalability of the infrastructure.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize MongoDB environments.
- Perform performance tuning and database troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain deployment pipelines using GitOps.
- Manage continuous delivery workflows with ArgoCD.
- Work on the configuration and maintenance of the infrastructure's network layer.
- Manage Load Balancers, Ingress Controllers, and VPCs.
- Implement and evolve infrastructure observability solutions.
- Monitor environments using PMM.
- Participate in resolving critical incidents and root cause analysis.
- Propose continuous improvements to the platform architecture.
- Collaborate with development teams for infrastructure evolution.
Mandatory Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer.
- Advanced knowledge in MongoDB administration.
- Experience with performance tuning in MongoDB.
- Experience in troubleshooting critical environments.
- Advanced knowledge of networks.
- Experience with VPCs.
- Experience with Load Balancers.
- Experience with Ingress Controllers.
- Experience with GitOps.
- Experience with infrastructure observability and monitoring.
- Experience using PMM (Percona Monitoring and Management).

Contractual Conditions
Modality: Remote/Home Office.
Commitment: Fulltime (40 hours per week).
Payment: between R$ 18.000 and R$ 19.000 monthly.
Hiring: Direct Hire (Direct hiring by the client) under the PJ model (Independent Contractor).
Duration: Indefinite term, subject to performance.
